Terms of delivery

When you place your order before 12:00 (UTC+2), and all the goods are in stock, it will be shipped during the same day.  

You can see if the product is available for shipping immediately on the product detail page. If the product is out of stock, you will be informed about the estimated shipping time. There may sometimes be mistakes with the availability information. In those cases we will contact you and ask you how we should handle the situation. So, please give your email address and/or phone number with your order. They will only be used for sending information about the order.

As our main warehouse is located in Finland, the deliveries abroad take a longer time. We send all the packages in Priority mail, and the Finnish Post gives the following estimates of the delivery times:

• Nordic countries 2-4 workdays (Sweden, Danmark, Iceland)
• Rest of Europe 3-10 workdays (Only the countries are part of EU Customs union)

We ship only to countries which are part of EU Customs Union

If you're under 18, please ask your parent's or guardian's permission before ordering!

3. Cash On Delivery (only in Finland)

We cannot send C.O.D. orders outside Finland. You must either pay with PayPal, credit card or the bank payments.

Shipping charge depends on what is the total value of your order. For small order, shipping charge is 7,80e but it goes smaller as below:

Total value: 100-299e = 6eur

Total value: 300-499e =4eur

Total value: 500-999e=1eur

Security

Hobbylinna stores only the registration or order information that you give us on these pages. Our system doesn't process, see or store any credit card information, PayPal passwords or bank account keys.

The information you give us on the web pages will never be given to any third party. Hobbylinna may occasionally (about twice a year) send you preferred customer email, but only if you've allowed us to do it.

The system requires you to allow it to set and read cookies. The cookies are used only for maintaining the shopping basket and login information. They won't be used for any other supervision.
